Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor Team Leads, and coach Account Managers and Client Service staff. The role focuses on coaching, performance reviews, and collaboration with HR and leadership to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in account management within personal lines, a valid Personal Lines license, and designations such as CISR/CIC/CPCU.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines of coverage.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Licenses and designations are highly valued (Personal Lines license; CISR, CIC, CPCU).
• Strong leadership and team management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with EPIC, AMS360 and MS Office required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the Personal Lines department and acts as liaison to Leadership team.
• Develops and trains Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff.
• Conducts hiring, interviews and performance coaching; addresses escalated issues.
• Reviews time/attendance and ensures adherence to service standards.
• Leads meetings, 1:1s, feedback sessions and cross-sell opportunities.
• Implements process improvements and adopts AI solutions into service workflows.
