Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff, and coordinate training, performance reviews and hiring processes.

You will partner with service leadership and HR to address performance concerns, implement process improvements, and leverage innovative technology, including AI, to enhance client service.

Qualifications

• Requires Personal Lines or P&C license from state of domicile.
• 8+ years of account management experience in insurance, focusing on personal lines.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage carriers, vendors and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department and mentor team leads, account managers and client service staff.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s; conduct annual performance reviews and set goals.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing; provide recommendations for new hires.
• Coordinate training, broking and risk control; ensure service standards are met.
• Address escalated client issues and provide performance coaching.
• Drive process improvements and adopt technology to improve service quality.
