Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department, mentor Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff, and partner with the Personal Lines Leadership team to elevate service. This role is based in Fresno, California.

It requires a strong background in personal lines, at least 8 years of account management experience in insurance, a four-year degree, and proficiency with EPIC and AMS360.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Personal Lines license and maintain it.
• Minimum 8 years' account management experience in the insurance industry.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC and AMS360 strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise the department, serving as a resource and leader.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance reviews; provide coaching.
• Address escalated client issues and partner with HR to resolve concerns.
• Adopt innovative technology, including AI solutions, to improve service delivery.
• Ensure timelines and metrics are met and identify process improvements.
