Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Service Leader in Fresno, CA. This role oversees the department, trains leads and staff, and handles escalated client issues while coaching for performance and career growth.

You will partner with leadership to review performance, conduct annual reviews, and guide hiring decisions. A strong license and 8+ years in account management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' account management experience in insurance, focused on personal lines.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
• Licensed in Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient with EPIC and AMS360; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Personal Lines department and mentor team members.
• Lead meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, HR, and leadership to address performance issues.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding; coordinate training and resources.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and ensure service standards are met.
• Adopt new technologies and AI tools to enhance client service.
