Relation Insurance Services seeks a Personal Lines Service Leader in Dedham, MA to oversee the Personal Lines department and coach Team Leads, Account Managers, and Client Service staff. You will address escalated client issues, mentor staff, and drive performance using EPIC and AMS360 systems.

The role requires a state-licensed Personal Lines professional with 8+ years in account management, a four-year degree, and the ability to lead with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry focusing on personal lines.
• Active Personal Lines and/or Property & Casualty license required.
• Four-year degree preferred; professional designations valued (CISR, CIC, CPCU).

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Personal Lines department and mentor the team.
• Lead meetings and 1:1s for development and goal alignment.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders; provide feedback and necessary information.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
• Participate in hiring, interviews, and training; coordinate resources.
• Train staff on duties, standards and policies; audit regularly.
• Address performance concerns with HR and leadership.
• Advise clients and carriers; support cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure timelines and metrics are met; stay updated on industry changes.
• Integrate AI solutions and innovative tech into service processes.
