Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a seasoned Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the department as the liaison to the Personal Lines Leadership team. You will develop and coach Team Leads, Account Managers, and Client Service staff, addressing escalated client issues and driving performance.

You should have 8+ years in account management in personal lines, a 4-year degree, and a valid P&C license; designations like CISR, CIC, CPCU are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines of coverage.
• A four-year degree is preferred.
• A Personal Lines and/or Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained; insurance designations (e.g. CISR, CIC, CPCU) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Personal Lines department and serves as liaison to the Personal Lines Leadership team.
• Develops and trains Team Leads, Account Managers and Client Service staff.
• Addresses escalated client issues and provides performance coaching.
• Leads meetings, 1:1s, and interviews for new hires; coordinates training and resource allocation.
