Job summary

Relation Insurance seeks a Senior Personal Lines Service Leader to oversee the Small Business Unit, mentor Account Managers and Client Service staff, and address escalated client issues. You will coach teams, participate in hiring, and ensure performance metrics are met.

Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, insurance designations, and at least 8 years of personal lines account management experience. Proficiency with EPIC and AMS360 is strongly preferred.
