Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager II to support a book of business with high degree of independence. You will cultivate strong client relationships, coordinate with producers, and help retain accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an insurance Account Management role (brokerage experience required).
• Private Client experience strongly preferred.
• Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, collaborating with Producers when assigned.
• Provide professional, courteous service to clients, carriers, and HUB colleagues.
• Oversee transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Understand client business and insurance objectives to recommend suitable plans.
• Maintain accurate client files and update HUB systems.
