HUB International in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Personal Lines Service Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business with independence and discretion. You will deliver professional service to clients, carriers, and colleagues, supporting Producers and Account Managers to retain and grow accounts.

Qualifications include 2-5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems,

Qualificações

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Private Client Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work a regular, full-time work schedule at HUB’s facility(s) and travel on business if required.

Responsabilidades

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with Account Managers, Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and processing of transactions, paperwork and data entry for accounts.
• Analyzes client objectives and compares plans to determine suitability.
• Maintains data in HUB systems and supports account retention and cross-selling efforts.
• Travels on company business as required.
