Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Personal Lines Service Account Manager to manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and professional service for clients, carrier reps, underwriters, partners, and HUB colleagues.

You will support Producers and Account Managers, pursue account retention, and help develop new business while ensuring accuracy in HUB's systems and compliance with standard procedures. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Private Client Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works closely with Account Managers, Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
