Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Senior Account Manager to handle a complex book of insurance business, delivering expert client advocacy and service. You will collaborate with Producers, underwriters, and teammates to drive client retention, write new accounts or lines, and mentor others.

The role emphasizes leadership in service standards, broker practices, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on building strong client relationships and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Six or more years insurance brokerage experience in account management.
• P&C Insurance Producer License required.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with clients and colleagues.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management System preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve day-to-day client needs including coverage questions, policy changes, payments, and cancellations.
• Manage New Business and Renewal processes: information gathering, quotes, terms, pricing, invoicing.
• Review quote documents for insurance requirements and accuracy.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Associate Account Managers and other teams to manage workloads.
