Job summary

HUB International is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Personal Lines team. You will facilitate positive relationships with clients and internal teams, handling the full account-service lifecycle from quotes to renewals.

The role requires strong communication, licensed status, and proficiency with MS Office. The position emphasizes servicing high-net-worth clients and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate policies and seamless billing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
• 5+ years of related personal lines insurance experience within a brokerage environment.
• Experience with high net-worth carriers strongly preferred (PURE, Cincinnati, AIG, Chubb/ACE and Nationwide Private Client).
• Currently licensed (in good standing).
• Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire account-service process, market to carriers, prepare quotes and proposals.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy.
• Issue EOIs.
• Assist with billing/invoicing issues.
• Manage high-net-worth clients.
