Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications skills.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Private Client Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work full-time and travel on business when required.

Responsibilities

• Makes decisions on books of insurance business for which the incumbent is responsible.
• Works with Account Managers, Producers and HUB personnel on client service, marketing, and renewal.
• Oversees preparation and implementation of transactions, paperwork, and processing for assigned accounts.
• Understands clients’ objectives and compares plans to determine suitability.
• Maintains data in HUB systems and documents conversations with clients and carriers.
• Travels on company business as required and supports retention and growth of accounts.
