HUB International is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to collaborate with Producers and Account Executives, managing a book of business and servicing clients. You will nurture relationships, support retention, and liaise with carriers to resolve issues while maintaining data accuracy across HUB systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, guidance to clients on insurance objectives, and staying current with industry changes to recommend suitable plans and improve outcomes.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in an Insurance Account Management role.
• Brokerage experience is preferred.
• Holds or can obtain a P&C license within 120 days of hire.
• Desire to obtain professional designation (CISR/AAI/ARM/CIC/CPCU) is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manages a book of personal lines business with autonomy and discretion.
• Provides professional, courteous service to clients, carriers and partners.
• Coordinates with Producers on marketing and renewal.
• Oversees transactions, paperwork and internal processing for accounts.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems; ensures data accuracy.
