Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a book of insurance business with autonomy and professional client service. You will support Producers and Account Managers, maintain relationships with clients and carriers, and pursue new business opportunities while meeting department goals.

The role requires excellent English communication, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and willingness to travel for business. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communications.
• Superior customer service and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel on business.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of insurance business with autonomy and decision-making.
• Provide professional service to clients, carrier representatives, underwriters, and HUB colleagues.
• Support Producers and Account Managers in maintaining and expanding business.
• Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads.
• Conduct client meetings and document conversations in HUB systems.
