Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic for our US remote team. You will partner with agencies and cross‑functional partners to drive revenue and pipeline through data‑driven experiments and disciplined budgeting.

You’ll build a testing roadmap, develop insights from analytics, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing with hands-on experience in at least two channels.
• Strong analytical foundation; ability to go from raw data to insights using GA4, SQL, BI and dashboards.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments and applying attribution/incrementality methods.
• Proven track record owning and allocating multi-channel budgets against revenue or pipeline targets.
• Experience working with agency partners and holding them accountable to clear performance standards.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate the paid media budget across channels, optimizing for efficiency and performance.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders, setting priorities and testing roadmaps with clear goals.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery; decide where to invest next.
• Develop testing roadmaps based on data-driven insights and best practices.
• End-to-end funnel visibility and performance reporting with agencies and data partners.
• Design and analyze experiments; define success metrics and analyze results with statistical rigor.
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives with concrete recommendations for leadership.
