GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for a fully remote US role. You will own the paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic, driving budget allocation and performance aligned with revenue and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience with 2+ channels (search, social, programmatic).
• Strong analytical skills; can turn data into actionable insights using GA4, SQL, BI, dashboards, and Excel.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments; knowledge of attribution and incrementality methods.
• Proven track record of owning multi-channel budgets tied to revenue or pipeline targets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate paid media budgets, optimizing for efficiency and revenue targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery to inform future investments.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and channels.
