GoTo’s marketing team shapes the company’s presence worldwide. As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, and you’ll dig into the data to find what’s really driving growth.

You’ll work with agencies and cross-functional teams to keep revenue moving forward. Your day-to-day includes developing testing roadmaps, optimizing budgets, and ensuring funnel visibility from impression to conversion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or performance marketing with 2+ channels.
• Strong data skills using GA4, SQL and BI dashboards.
• Experience designing experiments and applying attribution methods.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social and programmatic.
• Allocate and optimize multi-channel budgets against revenue or pipeline targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered tactics for investment decisions.
• Develop testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and platforms.
• Maintain end-to-end funnel visibility from impression to conversion.
• Build channel dashboards and ensure accurate, decision-ready reporting.
• Translate data into clear business recommendations for leadership.
