GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, driving growth with data-driven insights. You’ll lead budgets, partner with agencies, and set testing roadmaps aligned to revenue objectives.

You should bring 7+ years in paid media, strong analytics with GA4/SQL/BI/Excel, and experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS environments. This is a remote US role with strong collaboration across teams.

• 7+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytics foundation; able to go from raw data to insight.
• Experience designing experiments and applying attribution/incrementality methods.
