Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search, paid social, and programmatic efforts from a remote US location. You will own strategy, budgeting, and experiments to drive revenue and pipeline growth across channels.

You will collaborate with agencies and internal teams, turning data into actionable insights and decisions. A strong analytical background and experience with B2B SaaS are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
• Hands-on in two or more channels: paid search, paid social, or programmatic.
• Strong data skills with GA4/SQL and dashboards.
• Experience with attribution and incrementality methods.
• Experience owning and allocating multi-channel budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across channels.
• Manage and allocate paid media budgets to hit revenue targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels, platforms, and AI-powered discovery.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, and channels.
