GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic. You will drive funnel visibility, experimentation, and attribution, partnering with agencies and cross‑functional teams to optimize revenue and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven approach.
• Experience with GA4, SQL, BI, and dashboards.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments; attribution & incrementality.
• Proven track record of owning and allocating multi-channel budgets.
• Experience with agency partners and setting performance standards.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to present data to leadership.
• Background in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate paid media budget; optimize for revenue and pipeline.
• Lead agency partners and internal stakeholders; set priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery for investment decisions.
• Develop testing roadmap across creative, audiences, channels, and platforms.
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility from impression to conversion.
• Deliver channel reporting and dashboards; ensure data accuracy and decision readiness.
• Design experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor.
• Evaluate attribution/incrementality and challenge platform-reported results.
