GoTo is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for a remote US role. You will own the strategy for paid search, paid social, and programmatic, aligning with marketing and business goals and driving measurable growth.

You will build end-to-end funnel visibility, run experiments, and lead attribution/incrementality analyses. Collaboration with agencies and cross‑functional teams is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing across two channels.
• Strong data analysis foundation using GA4, SQL, BI and Excel.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, and applying attribution/incrementality methods.
• Proven track record of owning and allocating multi-channel budgets.
• Experience working with agency partners and holding them accountable to performance standards.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to tell a clear data story.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and optimize the paid media budget to drive revenue and pipeline targets.
• Lead agency partners and internal stakeholders with clear priorities and testing roadmaps.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery to inform investment decisions.
• Develop data-driven testing roadmaps across creators, audiences, and channels.
