Job summary

GoTo seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid go-to-market strategy across search, social, and programmatic. You’ll work with agencies and internal teams to drive growth, ensure funnel visibility, and optimize spend against revenue targets.

You’ll analyze data with GA4, SQL, and BI tools, design experiments, and translate results into actionable recommendations for leadership. This role is fully remote in the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-driven mindset and tooling (GA4, SQL, BI, Excel).
• Experience designing experiments and applying attribution and incrementality methods.
• Proven track record of owning and allocating multi-channel budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate paid media budget across channels; optimize for revenue and pipeline targets.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams; set testing roadmaps and performance standards.
• Evaluate new channels and AI-powered discovery; decide where to invest next.
• Develop testing roadmaps across creatives, audiences, and platforms.
