Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic, driving growth with data-driven insights. You’ll work with agencies and cross-functional teams to optimize budgets and test roadmaps.

You’ll lead analytics, attribution, and experiments, translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, with preferred B2B SaaS experience. Remote opportunity from the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong data and analytics foundation using GA4, SQL, BI and dashboards.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments with attribution/incrementality methods.
• Proven ability to own and allocate multi‑channel budgets against revenue/pipeline targets.
• Experience working with agency partners and holding them accountable to performance standards.
• Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to tell a clear data story to leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription businesses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate the paid media budget across channels; optimize for revenue and pipeline targets.
• Direct agencies and internal stakeholders; set priorities, testing roadmaps, and performance standards.
• Evaluate new channels, platforms, and AI-powered tactics to inform investments.
• Develop testing roadmaps based on data-driven insights and best practices.
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility from impression to conversion and identify performance gaps.
• Own channel reporting and dashboards; ensure numbers are accurate and decision-ready.
• Design experiments and analyze results with statistical rigor; apply attribution methods.
• Evaluate incrementality and lift tests; challenge platform results with independent analysis.
• Translate complex data into clear business narratives with concrete recommendations.
