Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to drive paid acquisition and scale campaigns for rapid user growth. You will own end-to-end funnel optimization, creative briefs, and performance analytics, working directly with the CMO.

You will test new channels (e.g., TikTok, Meta) and optimize landing pages to improve CAC and LTV while maintaining regulatory and brand safety standards. This is a fully remote role offering deep impact and fast-paced growth.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large paid media spend.
• Ability to own campaign execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run rapid testing loops to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor performance daily with analytics tools and dashboards.
• Drive decisions through CPA, ROAS, retention analysis.
