Job summary

Creator Guard is hiring a growth marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and Reddit, from first ad to quiz completion, and to optimize the full funnel with landing pages. You will set CAC, ROAS, and LTV, build experiments, and partner with content/SEO to align paid and organic efforts.

You will bring 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field, fluency in English, and strong analytics (GA4, spreadsheets).

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally at a startup or agency.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to use GA4, spreadsheets and attribution.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and Reddit.
• Own the full funnel — from first ad impression to a completed quiz — and the landing pages in between.
• Set, track and improve CAC, conversion rate, ROAS and LTV.
• Build and run a structured experiment roadmap and document what works.
• Partner with content and SEO so paid and organic compound rather than compete.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend.
• Report growth weekly to the founder and translate data into bets.
