Zusammenfassung

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Leader to own multi-channel paid media campaigns, from creative briefs to scale. You will manage high-spend budgets, optimize CAC and ROAS, and work directly with our CMO.

You will test new channels (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat, native) and build scalable funnels, reporting, and SOPs to drive user growth. This fully remote role offers 4 weeks PTO, health/wellness benefits, and opportunities to impact product

Qualifikationen

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K–$1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4 and tracking dashboards.

Aufgaben

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements.
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decisions using CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Develop internal reporting frameworks and SOPs for scaling campaigns.
