Job summary

DMCG Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition campaigns and drive growth across RTB and social platforms. The role requires comfort with adult-adjacent markets and fast-paced testing in a fully remote setting.

You will manage large budgets, optimise CAC/CPA/ROAS, and collaborate with creative teams to scale profitable campaigns while exploring new channels and strategies for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition or media buying.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across RTB, native and mainstream platforms.
• Manage significant monthly advertising budgets, optimising CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Take responsibility for campaign setup, targeting, tracking and optimisation.
• Develop and optimise acquisition funnels, landing pages and conversion performance.
• Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and make commercially driven decisions.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high-performing advertising content.
• Test new acquisition channels, audiences, formats and strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Build relationships with advertising networks and traffic partners to maximise performance.
• Continuously improve campaign efficiency through testing, automation and reporting.
