Job summary

EverAI is seeking a seasoned performance marketing leader to own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You will build scalable funnels, run rapid testing, and optimize CAC/ROAS while collaborating with creative and product teams.

You will monitor KPIs daily, refine landing pages, and drive partnerships with traffic sources to push growth from 50M toward 100M+ users. This fully remote role offers strong compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency in GA4, Voluum, tracking setups and dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts for briefs, hooks and fast iteration.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels and aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences and placements.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum and dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention and cohorts.
• Own creative briefing, landing page launches and optimization.
• Negotiate with traffic sources and explore new networks.
• Create SOPs and playbooks to scale campaigns efficiently.
