Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition channels and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You’ll inherit high-performing campaigns and partner with the CMO to accelerate growth while preserving CAC/ROAS targets.

You will test new channels, build scalable funnels, analyze CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior, and help expand our user base toward 100M and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or two paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Scale campaigns to achieve aggressive CAC/ROAS targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements.
• Monitor performance daily with Voluum, GA4, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with content and product teams on landing pages.
