Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Growth Leader to drive the digital-to-physical conversion engine across two audiences, building acquisition funnels and in-app monetization. You will own analytics infrastructure, attribution, and centralized AI-driven marketing workflows.

Remote role with travel; collaboration with product and engineering to shape features and optimized user journeys, while maintaining premium digital experiences across properties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in consumer marketplace, hospitality tech, or O2O growth with real-world actions.
• Deep product & analytics fluency with web/app analytics and A/B testing.
• Pre-login and acquisition experience with SEO, paid media, landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Define event schema and tracking architecture to measure user behavior.
• Map funnel drop-offs and build a rapid testing roadmap to fix conversions.
• Design offline-to-online acquisition loops tailored to building tenants.
