Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You will build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, and optimize CAC/ROAS while guiding strategic growth.

You will monitor daily performance with GA4 and Voluum, create reporting frameworks, and collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages. Remote, fast-paced, and equity-focused.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large monthly paid media spend.
• Strong ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition across multiple channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google) with growth targets.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Collaborate with content/product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
