Job summary

EverAI is seeking a hands-on growth marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You will scale campaigns, build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, and drive CAC/ROAS improvements while collaborating with our CMO.

With 4–10+ years in performance marketing, you’ll analyze data, optimize landing pages, negotiate partnerships, and help grow our user base from tens of millions toward 100M and beyond in a 100% remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Campaign ownership and scaling across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily and drive decision-making using CPA, ROAS, retention data.
• Create and maintain internal reporting to guide strategic moves.
• Own creative briefing, hooks, formats, and landing page iterations.
• Develop partnerships and negotiate premium placements; explore new networks.
