Job summary

EverAI seeks a seasoned performance marketing leader to own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You will own campaigns end-to-end, analyze CAC/ROAS, and drive rapid experimentation with the CMO to accelerate growth for a global audience.

You’ll optimize landing pages, collaborate with content/product teams, and push for faster, data-driven decision-making in a fully remote, high-velocity environment. This is a strategic growth role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Campaign ownership and scaling: lead one or two paid channels with potential to expand.
• Performance analysis and strategy: monitor CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
• Creative & funnel optimization: define hooks, formats, and collaborate on landing pages.
• Partnership management & media strategy: negotiate placements and explore new networks.
• Automation & scaling systems: create SOPs and playbooks for scaling campaigns.
• Challenges you’ll tackle: scale campaigns, grow user base, test new channels, improve conversion.
