Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a hands-on Growth/Performance Marketing leader to own and scale paid acquisition across key channels. You’ll inherit high-performing campaigns and work directly with the CMO to drive aggressive CAC/ROAS goals while expanding into new channels as performance allows.

You will test and optimize across Meta, TikTok, Google and native platforms, building scalable funnels and reporting frameworks to guide strategic moves. Remote work with international scope.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing 300K to 1M+ USD per month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 paid acquisition channels (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decisions via CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Own creative brief process and landing page collaboration with product teams.
• Scale campaigns to 3x budget while maintaining CAC/ROAS.
