Job summary

EverAI is seeking a senior Growth Marketing leader to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and more. You’ll inherit high-performing campaigns, drive aggressive CAC/ROAS targets, and partner with product and content teams to optimize funnels at scale.

You’ll also build automation, SOPs, and testing pipelines to push 3x+ budget growth while maintaining economics. This fully remote role offers strategic impact in a fast-growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing large-scale paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using analytics dashboards and internal tools.
• Own the creative briefing process and landing page optimization.
• Develop partnerships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation.
