Job summary

EverAI is seeking a high-velocity performance marketer to own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms. You will inherit high-performing campaigns, work directly with the CMO to double down on growth, and test scalable channels such as TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, ASA and native formats.

You will build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, analyze CPA, ROAS and retention, and turn insights into action.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Nice-to-haves: CAC/LTV frameworks; exposure to subscription models.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or more paid acquisition channels with growth potential.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive targets.
• Run high-velocity tests on creatives, audiences, placements to improve CAC and ROAS.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
• Own creative briefing, hook design, landing page tests, and funnel optimization.
• Manage partnerships with traffic sources; negotiate placements and new networks.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and create SOPs for scaling campaigns.
