EverAI is seeking a high-impact Performance Marketing leader to own and scale paid acquisition channels across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You will build scalable funnels, run rapid tests, and drive growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, and retention.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Contribute to scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily with GA4, Voluum, dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention and cohort analysis.
• Own creative briefing and landing page optimization with product teams.
