Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a senior performance marketer to own and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging networks. You will collaborate with the CMO to accelerate growth and drive CAC/ROAS optimization.

You’ll run rapid experiments, analyze CPA/ROAS, build reporting, and optimize landing pages and funnels to hit aggressive targets. This is a fully remote role with generous time off and learning budget.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Experience managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media expend.
• Proven ownership of campaigns and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency with GA4, Voluum, dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Contribute to scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements.
• Monitor performance daily using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decision-making through CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort analysis.
• Build and maintain internal reporting frameworks guiding strategic shifts.
• Own the creative briefing process: hooks, formats, angles.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to launch high-converting landing pages.
• Implement systems to reduce creative fatigue and speed testing.
• Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements.
• Explore new acquisition opportunities and evaluation criteria.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and adapt strategy accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes via automation and SOPs.
• Scale campaigns to 3x budget while maintaining CAC/ROAS.
• Contribute to growing the user base from 30M to 100M in 12 months.
• Execute 0-to-1 testing in new channels; improve conversions and funnel iteration.
• Own both creative input and analytical feedback loops.
