Job summary

EverAI is seeking a senior performance marketing lead to own and scale multi-channel paid campaigns. You will manage high-budget spend, run rapid tests, and optimize CAC/LTV across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and native platforms.

Collaboration with the CMO and growth team drives funnel optimization and creative testing in a fully remote environment. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid iteration, and building scalable processes for acquisition.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Past exposure to CAC/LTV frameworks.
• Experience in sensitive or regulated verticals (e.g. dating, femtech, telehealth).
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, placements.
• Monitor performance daily with GA4, Voluum, and dashboards.
• Drive decision-making based on CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
• Create internal reporting frameworks guiding strategic shifts.
• Own the creative briefing process and landing page iterations.
• Negotiate premium placements and build new channel opportunities.
• Identify automation opportunities and create SOPs for scaling campaigns.
