Job summary

EverAI in the United States is seeking an experienced performance marketing leader to own multi-channel acquisition and drive aggressive growth. You’ll inherit high-performing campaigns and partner with our CMO to accelerate scale across Meta, TikTok, Google, and native channels.

The role emphasizes fast iteration, data-driven decisions, and building scalable funnels with automated workflows. You’ll test new channels, optimize CAC/LTV, and help grow users from tens of millions toward our 100M

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: write briefs, analyze hooks, iterate fast.

Responsibilities

• Campaign ownership and scaling of one or more paid channels.
• Performance analysis to drive CPA, ROAS, retention decisions.
• Creative and funnel optimization with landing page testing.
• Partnership management and media strategy with sources and networks.
• Automation and scaling: SOPs, playbooks, pipelines for campaigns.
• Tackle challenges to scale budgets while maintaining CAC/ROAS.
