Job summary

EverAI is seeking a senior marketer to own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. You will develop scalable funnels, run rapid tests, and optimize CAC/LTV while collaborating with product and content teams. This is a fully remote role with a high-growth trajectory and global reach.

You will lead performance analytics, reporting, and partner management, contributing to aggressive user growth from 50M to 100M+ users in 12 months.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven track record managing $300K to $1M+/month in paid media spend.
• Full ownership of campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts: can write briefs, analyze hooks, and iterate fast.
• Experience optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
• Excellent English communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) with potential to expand.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration with aggressive growth targets.
• Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to improve CAC and LTV.
• Monitor performance daily using GA4, Voluum, and internal dashboards.
• Drive decision‑making through analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and cohort behavior.
• Create and maintain internal reporting frameworks to guide strategic moves.
• Own the creative brief process and collaborate with content/product teams on landing pages.
• Negotiate partnerships with traffic sources and explore new acquisition opportunities.
