Job summary

EverAI Limited seeks an accomplished growth marketer to own high-velocity paid acquisition. You will take ownership of campaigns, optimize funnels, and collaborate with product and content teams to drive rapid user growth. This remote role emphasizes data-driven decision making, testing, and scaling across channels.

You will work closely with a senior marketing team to push CPA/ROAS targets while expanding to new channels and markets, leveraging our global remote setup and fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Manage $300K–$1M+ per month in paid media spend.
• Own campaign execution, results, and optimization.
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native.
• Analytical fluency: GA4, Voluum, dashboards.
• Strong creative instincts for briefs.
• Landing page and funnel optimization experience.
• Experience with CAC/LTV in subscription models.
• Experience in sensitive/regulated verticals (dating, femtech, telehealth).
• Excellent English communication.
• Fast learner, collaborative, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two paid channels and scale based on performance.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels from execution to iteration.
• Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives and audiences.
• Monitor CPA/ROAS, retention, and cohorts daily.
• Develop internal reporting frameworks to guide strategy.
• Collaborate with content and product to launch landing pages.
• Implement systems to reduce fatigue and speed testing.
• Identify new opportunities and evaluate networks/formats.
