Job summary

GoTo is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own the paid search, paid social, and programmatic strategy in support of GoTo's marketing and revenue goals. This remote US role focuses on data-driven growth, cross-functional collaboration, and channel optimization.

You’ll work with agencies and internal teams to develop testing roadmaps, measure funnel performance, and translate insights into budget decisions. Prior experience in B2B SaaS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical foundation with data-to-insight capability using GA4, SQL, BI and Excel.
• Experience designing experiments and applying attribution and incrementality methods.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid go-to-market strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic.
• Manage and allocate the paid media budget across channels; optimize for revenue and pipeline targets.
• Direct agency partners and internal stakeholders; set priorities, testing roadmaps, and performance standards.
