Job summary

Atlas Tech is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer to design, develop, and implement payroll solutions within a government-focused enterprise environment. Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen with DoD clearance eligibility.
• Public Trust or DoD clearance required orability to obtain DoD Secret level clearance.
• Security+ or IAT Level 2 certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field.
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development across HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions.
• Expert-level PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft security and performance tuning.
• Proven ability to lead development tasks and mentor teammates.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and accessibility.
• Familiarity with PUM, Change Assistant, OCI or AWS-hosted environments.
• Ability to work independently and as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and update extensions.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing HCM solutions for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
• Develop and support components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, Integration Broker, and Event Mapping.
• Support batch scheduling, job streams, and workflow automation via Application Engine and Process Scheduler.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, data integrity problems, and system bugs across modules.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment packages; ensure security best practices.
