Atlas Technologies is seeking a passionate PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer to join our IT group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll, strong skills across HCM, Financials, and Campus Solutions, and a track record of delivering in an SAFe environment.

This fully remote role requires U.S. citizenship and a DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen required.
• Public Trust or DoD clearance required/unobstructed
• Security+ or IAT Level 2 certification preferred
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development across HCM/Financials/Campus Solutions
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security, performance tuning, and change management
• Experience with SAFe delivery environment and Agile practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and test PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and customizations.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with HCM solutions to support the IPPS.
• Lead development tasks, mentor team members, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain modules across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
• Ensure data security, privacy compliance, and documentation of changes.
• Support batch scheduling and workflow automation using PeopleTools tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver incremental value to the government
