Job summary

Atlas Tech is seeking a passionate PeopleSoft Developer - Global Payroll to join our IT team. You will design, develop, and test the Global Payroll rules engine and integrate payroll processes across HCM, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Financials.

Join a Government contractor known as a Best Place to Work, working in a fast-paced, collaborative SAFe environment. This role supports remote work for qualified US residents and requires security clearances and strong PeopleSoft expertise.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required with ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.
• Security+ or IAT Level 2 certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience across HCM, Financials, and/or Campus Solutions.
• Expert-level experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft security, performance tuning, and change management.
• Proven ability to lead development tasks and mentor teammates.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and accessibility compliance.
• Familiarity with PUM, Change Assistant, and cloud hosting environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and extensions.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with analysts and tech teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and system issues across modules.
• Maintain documentation, change controls, and deployment packages.
• Contribute to SAFe delivery practices including backlog grooming and demos.
