Job summary

Atlas Technologies, a Best Place to Work government contractor, seeks a PeopleSoft Developer for Global Payroll to lead and implement payroll solutions within the PeopleSoft stack. The role requires hands-on development with Global Payroll, HCM integrations, and modular customization.

You will work in a SAFe environment, collaborating with analysts and technical teams to deliver incremental payroll capabilities while ensuring security and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience across HCM, Financials, and/or Campus Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft Global Payroll with HCM solutions.
• Experience with SAFe delivery and Agile practices.
• Security and data privacy awareness (HIPAA, FISMA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
• Develop and support components using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Event Mapping.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and system bugs across modules.
• Maintain security, deployment packages, and documentation.
