Job summary

Atlas Technologies seeks a seasoned Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer to lead and deliver complex payroll solutions. You will design, develop, and test the Global Payroll rules engine, integrate with PeopleSoft HCM, and drive SAFe-based increments across multiple modules.

The role requires hands-on expertise with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and strong SQL/SQR/BI Publisher knowledge. Remote work available for US residents.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Experience working in SAFe delivery environment and building Epics, Features, Users Stories, and accepting criteria.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations across PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Financials, and Campus Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft security, performance tuning, and management changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and tailor software.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
• Work in SAFe delivery environment with Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Design, develop, and maintain customizations across multiple PeopleSoft modules.
• Provide security best practices and deployment support.
