Job summary

Atlas Technologies is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer focused on Global Payroll. The role requires hands-on development with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll, integration with HCM solutions, and experience across multiple modules including Payroll and Financials.

The candidate will operate in a SAFe delivery environment, build and test Epics, Features, and User Stories, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver secure, compliant enterprise solutions for government

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of PeopleSoft development experience across HCM, Financials, and/or Campus Solutions.
Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
Security certifications such as Security+ or IAT Level 2 are preferred.
Expert-level experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interface.

Responsibilities

Develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine and tailor software.
Integrate PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing PeopleSoft HCM solutions and other systems.
Design, develop, and maintain customizations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, and Financials modules.
Work in SAFe delivery environments, deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
